About the Role
<b>Job Summary</b><br />
We are seeking an experienced <b>Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect</b> to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in <b>Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud</b>.<br />

<b>Required Qualifications</b>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li><b>10+ years</b> of overall IT experience.</li>
<li><b>7+ years</b> of Salesforce architecture and development experience.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading technical teams of <strong>7 to 10 </strong><b>or more FTEs.</b></li>
<li>Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:
<ul>
<li><b>5,000 to 7000 internal users</b></li>
<li><b>300,000 to 500,000 external registered users</b></li>
<li><b>5 to 7 million+ data records</b></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Strong experience designing <b>multi-tier, highly available architectures</b> utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with Salesforce development using:
<ul>
<li>Apex</li>
<li>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</li>
<li>Visualforce</li>
<li>SOQL/SOSL</li>
<li>Lightning Experience</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and external systems.</li>
<li>Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.</li>
</ul>
<b>Preferred Qualifications:</b>
<ul>
<li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).</li>
<li>Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.</li>
<li>Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
