Are you an Insurtech Product Manager or Product Owner who enjoys working directly with clients, shaping product strategy, and modernising complex insurance technology?  A leading global Insurtech is seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in transforming end-to-end legacy insurance platforms across Personal and SME Commercial Lines. This is a varied and AI focused product role - blending Product Ownership, Product Management, analysis and planning, with meaningful client and stakeholder engagement, including pre-sales support. UK-based and remote, with occasional client visits and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage product roadmaps for modern insurance technology platforms

• Work closely with Insurers, MGAs and Brokers to understand business needs, AI and legacy challenges

• Lead analysis, planning and solution design, translating client requirements into deliverable product outcomes

• Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, delivery and commercial teams

• Support pre-sales activity, helping shape propositions and solutions alongside sales teams

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, both remotely and face-to-face

Key Requirements:

• 2–3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within Insurtech

• Experience across Personal lines platforms

• Experience needed with AI products along with different models and ways of working - please outline on your CV

• Strong background in analysis and planning within complex technology environments

• Client-facing experience is essential — including workshops, events, discovery and stakeholder engagement

• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how product decisions drive revenue and value

• Comfortable operating in a role that blends product delivery with commercial and pre-sales support
