Mid/Senior Full stack Engineer Date:  Mar 18, 2026 Location:  Kraków, PL, 30-302 Working place:  Hybrid Type of contract: employment contract  Salary range: 11 700 – 22 350PLN gross/m   What will you do?   You will work on a large‑scale digital platform, building and enhancing end‑to‑end features across both backend and frontend. You’ll develop resilient, high‑performance services, contribute to UI components used across multiple business lines, and help deliver new capabilities in areas such as AI/ML, research content tools, and internal collaboration systems. Your work will directly support global teams and drive the evolution of our core products.   Your tasks:   Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Java, and HTML.  Collaborate with product owners and fellow engineers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.  Leverage domain knowledge in FX and bankings to implement features that meet business objectives.  Contribute to Agile development practices and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.  Apply analytical and engineering principles to solve complex problems efficiently.  Provde support for related services, ensuring reliability and high-quality delivery throughout the development lifecycle.  Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.  Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.    Your skills:   Willingness to learn multiple programming languages  Strong proficiency in React, Java, and HTML with a solid software engineering background.  Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.  Knowledge of FX trading, sales, or other banking products is highly desirable.  Demonstrated engineering approach to problem-solving and solution design.  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  Self-motivated and take full responsibility for assigned tasks and owned components  Fluent in English.
