Sales Executive required in Batley on a full time basis
Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a Manufacturing company renowned for their high quality products. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis, working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work, We offer a competitive basic salary with commission structure
Main purpose of the role:
- We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- You will be responsible for making a range of calls to prospective customers, generating interest, qualifying leads, booking appointments and direct selling in line, whilst representing our customer focused brand.
- This role suits someone who is target-driven, customer focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proactively engage in outbound sales calls
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries
- Promote products or services clearly and professionally
- Close sales or book qualified appointments for customers
- Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and sales on the CRM system
- Handle objections confidently and ethically
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Follow all compliance, GDPR, and call-handling guidelines
- Attend sales training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Essential:
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejection
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic IT skills (CRM systems, diallers, Microsoft tools)
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or call-centre experience
- B2B or B2C sales experience
