Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (Leicester) Location: Leicester Pay: £90–£110/day (DOE) Duration: Full-time, Long-term, Temp-to-Perm Start: ASAP / Flexible Deadline: 28th March 2026 Luma Education Recruitment is looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Leicester secondary school. Work with KS3–KS4 pupils, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small group support Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons Implement behaviour strategies (PRICE/TeamTeach experience desirable) Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment What We're Looking For School or youth work experience Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs Patient, resilient, and proactive approach DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain) PRICE or TeamTeach training (ideal) Why Apply?
