Hybrid working  Flexi working (start times) Bonus - 10% of salary Pension - 4% of annual salary  28 days holiday + stats Laptop & technology equipment supplied for working from home  Study support for further learning  Wellbeing package  Interactive E-Learning training provider  Social events throughout the year Additional benefits - cycle to work scheme, electric car scheme  Enhanced maternity / paternity About You Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified Accounts Technician Experience in an accounts, finance, or client services environment Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team player with clear communication skills Motivated, adaptable, and keen to continue learning Your Responsibilities Always: Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers for a portfolio of clients Support the preparation of monthly management accounts Complete balance sheet reconciliations and journals Assist with VAT return preparation and submissions Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance Often: Support preparation of financial statements for a range of entities Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting Liaise with auditors and respond to audit queries Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients Support and mentor more junior team members Occasionally: Assist with statutory reporting and year-end processes Support budgets, forecasts, and intercompany reconciliations Maintain the Fixed Asset Register Assist with ad-hoc finance and reporting projects
