Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation $23.00 per hour (W2) Benefits available after 90 days of full-time employment 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Highlights On-site position (North Canaan, CT) Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM In-person interviews Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs OVERVIEW In this role, you’ll support warehouse/shipping operations by moving materials and loading trailers using forklifts and related equipment. Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities Load trailers in shipping using a forklift Move trailers in and out of the shipping dock as needed Operate a floor stretch wrapper (training available) Move materials/parts/finished goods within the warehouse Maintain basic records related to materials and inventory Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines Work with minimal direction under general/limited supervision Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English Basic math skills General computer skills Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting/moving 20+ lbs Ability to obtain/maintain any required licenses/certifications (as applicable) Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Preferred Qualifications Forklift operation experience (can train) Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience Semi-truck / trailer moving experience (a plus) Experience operating stretch wrapper equipment (a plus) Job ID: 171513
