About the Role
<strong>Quality Inspector</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Wolverhampton<br><br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £13.45 per hour<br><br><strong>Shift:</strong> Day Shift<br><br><br> Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Wolverhampton for an experienced <strong>Quality Inspector</strong> to join their busy manufacturing team on a day shift.<br><br> <br> This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and quality-driven individual who takes pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards before reaching the customer. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in maintaining quality and supporting continuous improvement across the site.<br><br> <br> Key Responsibilities <br><br><ul><li>Carry out detailed visual inspections of assembled components and finished products.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Assess product quality on behalf of the end customer, ensuring all specifications are met.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Identify, report, and escalate any defects or non-conformances to Cell Leaders.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Accurately record inspection findings using the company's in-house computer system.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Support the wider production team in maintaining and improving quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Help ensure products are dispatched to customers with the highest level of quality assurance.</li></ul><br> <br> The Ideal Candidate <br><br><ul><li>Previous experience in a Quality Inspector or similar quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems for recording and reporting data.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Able to work independently and use initiative when required.</li></ul><br><ul><li>A proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to maintaining high quality standards.</li></ul><br><br><br><br> If you are interested in finding out more about this position, please click <strong>Apply Now</strong> to be considered.
