This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who loves nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in the very youngest learners. About the Early Years Setting The school's stand-alone Early Years Unit offers an exceptional learning environment, including: Nursery provision for children from age 3 and a Reception class A strong play-based, child-centred curriculum Read Write Inc phonics , introduced in Nursery during the summer term Planning rooted in the Early Years Framework and Development Matters Outstanding facilities: Two spacious indoor learning areas A dedicated sensory room Large hard and soft outdoor spaces An Early Years allotment for hands-on learning Strong partnerships with parents are at the heart of this setting, helping children feel happy, confident, and excited to come to school every day. The Role As pupil numbers grow, the school is expanding its already experienced team, supported by Level 3 and Level 5 qualified staff . They are now seeking an Early Years Teacher who will bring energy, creativity, and collaboration to the team. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be an excellent, reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for Early Years education Have strong experience teaching phonics (RWI experience preferred) Demonstrate a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum Thrive as a team player and value working closely with families Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a great sense of humour Be organised, communicative, and confident sharing new ideas Job Details Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week ) Salary, day rate: £120-160 per day Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 (onsite parking available) Starting: Apply by monday 26th January 2026.
