<p>They are seeking to hire an Assistant Estimator who will gain valuable experience in commercial construction and the preconstruction / budgeting process. This Entry-level Estimator will play a key role in analyzing plans, calculating take-offs, determining scopes, obtaining pricing options, creating initial budgets, and exploring value engineering opportunities.</p>

</p>
<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-2+ years of Estimating experience in remodels or new commercial construction projects.</li>
<li>1+ years of field experience preferred (Field Engineer, Precon Assistant, APM, etc)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of scopes, take-offs, or quantitative lump sum bid/estimating processes.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Estimating software and ability to learn new software systems</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Duties of the Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the bidding / budgeting process by assisting with pricing, bid solicitation, coordinating subcontractor pricing, engaging in vendor pricing discussions, and contributing to the final bid presentation.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve project goals and deliverables to ensure timely bid submissions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations and estimators to deliver final products to clients.</li>
