As we continue to grow, <b>we are seeking experienced Team Leaders that want to take one step further</b> in their professional career.</p><p>This is a <b>unique opportunity to manage and lead one of our field sales branches</b>, driving them towards remarkable success. As a Branch Manager you will play a key role within Verisure sales structure, your main responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><b>Achieve your monthly sales target</b> for your own branch</li><li><b>Train and support salesmen</b> (special focus on middle managers, Coaches & Team Leaders)</li><li><b>Implement and promote the Verisure culture</b> within the team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.</li><li>Take a proactive approach in the recruitment process to <b>attract and hire top talent</b>, aligning with organisational growth objectives.</li><li><b>Understand and improve main sales performance KPIs</b></li><li>Organize field training with your team members regarding our sales method</li><li>Motivate, train, and support the salesforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.</li><li>Administrative tasks of your office & stock control</li></ul><p>We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our organization as a Branch Manager. <b>As a P&L Owner, you will be a key part in achieving business growth and transformation</b>. The individual will manage teams consisting of Newbies, Junior, Veteran and TLs and will provide guidance and support for their professional development and optimizing their performance.</p><p><b>Skills needed:</b></p><ul><li><b>Independent, Self-Sufficient, and Resilient</b>: Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously, making sound decisions and taking initiative.
