A Chambers & Legal 500-ranked employment team in Canterbury is looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing practice. Whether you're seeking a clear pathway to Associate or already operating at that level, this is an excellent opportunity to progress within a supportive and highly respected team.

You'll advise both employers and employees across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value work. There will also be opportunities to mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and play a key role in the team's continued growth.

About You

• 3+ PQE in Employment Law
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Ambitious and ready for increased responsibility
