About the role: Justteachers is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping young minds. The role is due to commence September 2026 and will be full-time, it is a long-term ongoing supply cover. Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Lead small group interventions and provide targeted support to students with varying needs. Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of learning. Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and well-being. Pre-requisites: HLTA qualification or equivalent. Experience working as a HLTA, preferably in a primary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
