Maintenance Engineer – W12

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to be based at a Translation & Innovation building in West London (W12). This is a static site role working alongside the current Lead Engineer/Supervisor.

The position operates Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 8:00am–5:00pm and 7:00am–4:00pm. Flexibility is required, as shifts may alternate based on business needs.

This role is well suited to an engineer with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, as this is a key focus for the hiring team. You will be working as part of a small on-site team, supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the building.

Salary and Package

• Salary up to £42,000, with potential flexibility for the right candidate
• Call-out rota in place (weekly rotation, with some flexibility)

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance across the site
• Perform basic plumbing works
• Service and maintain AHUs and FCUs
• Support with reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer/Supervisor
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
