Compensation Package: Hourly wage: $15.25 - $16.00  Bi-weekly direct deposit  W-2 employee status (NO 1099) – we take care of your taxes  Travel time compensation  Paid vacation after one year of service  Referral bonuses for new employees – help us find more talented cleaners!  Bonuses for introducing new business clients Key Responsibilities: Dusting furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls  Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and more in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes  Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and hand scrubbing floors  Emptying trash and recyclables into designated disposal areas  Wiping down walls, woodwork, doors, and baseboards  Arriving punctually to client locations, performing services to the specified standards, and ensuring the clients’ facilities are secure upon departure  Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting Skills and Qualifications: Attention to detail – meticulously attentive to every aspect at customer sites, especially special requests  Friendly and professional demeanor – comfortable interacting with clients while performing cleaning duties  Self-motivated – able to identify and initiate tasks independently  Strong problem-solving skills and practical reasoning  Effective communication skills with a positive attitude Position Type: Part-time  Pay Range: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour  Benefits: Flexible working hours Experience Required: Supervisory experience: 2 years (preferred)  Training experience: 2 years (preferred)  Language proficiency: bilingual candidates preferred English and Spanish  If you are ready to join a dedicated team and make a difference in our clients’ spaces, we invite you to apply!
