Now, they are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join the expanding team in their Amsterdam office. In the role, you will be solely responsible to service clients and provide strategic insights per their needs. The role also offers a unique opportunity to delve into different industrial sectors and provide business insights and strategic plans to clients. Job Profile for Management Consultant Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business context, goals, and challenges - Communicate with key decision-makers at all levels while achieving maximum impact - Provide continuous feedback, with a desire to grow and gain trust - Accomplish success by advising clients and management and executing multiple tasks - Develop and implement transformation roadmaps covering strategy, operations, organisation, or digitalisation - Support change management and ensure sustainable implementation of solutions - Work across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and consumer goods Candidate Profile for Management Consultant - Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or any related field - 3-8 years of experience in operational excellence, lean management, or related field, preferably in a consulting capacity - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage with all levels of the organisation by blending IQ and EQ effortlessly - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple projects and priorities - Willingness to travel to client sites, as required What Our Client Offers - Competitive salary - 13th-month salary - Holiday allowance of 8% of gross annual salary - 25 vacation days - Receive unique remuneration and numerous benefits (such as a company car, laptop, insurance, etc.) - Phone and laptop - A public transport card for business travel or a leased car with a fuel/charging card - Additional allowances when working abroad - A high responsibility and a lifejacket if you drown - A unique group of colleagues and a partner/coach by your side, always ready to help - Inspiring and fun events during the year Already imagine yourself in this position?
