About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer for Business Applications, you will lead the design of complex, data-driven business applications - making them both visually compelling and intuitively functional. You'll work closely with corporate clients and development teams to ensure every solution meets real user needs and aligns with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
Developing and evolving consistent design standards and a design system within the business applications ecosystem.
Engaging directly with corporate clients to grasp requirements, gather feedback, and translate them into effective design solutions.
Continuously building a cross-app library of reusable design elements to ensure consistency and efficiency at scale.
Designing and refining business applications - utilizing components to improve user experience and interface quality.
Collaborating closely with the development team to guarantee accurate and faithful implementation of designs.
Staying informed about the latest design trends and technologies, and proactively proposing improvements to design practices.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design in a commercial environment.
2+ years specifically focused on designing business applications.
Figma as your primary and preferred design tool - with the ability to showcase your full workflow.
Excellence in building user flows and pitching designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A portfolio that highlights your skills in business application projects and demonstrates your Figma proficiency.
Analytical approach, proactive questioning, and strong communication skills.
Fluent English - able to engage confidently with international clients and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience working within data-heavy or enterprise application environments.
Familiarity with design tokens, component-driven design, or atomic design methodology.
Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts to facilitate smoother collaboration with developers.
