Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.<br><br>After completing our paid training program, coaches earn <strong>$25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour through advancement with our team.<br></strong><br><strong>This is not a seasonal position, please do not apply if you are not available year round. </strong>We have sessions Monday-Sunday. We work around your schedule to provide coaching opportunities.<br><em>*Please note: You must be available at least one weekend morning for each season*</em> </li> </ul><div><strong>You're a great fit if you:</strong></div><ul> <li>Have experience working with groups of children</li> <li>Are high-energy, with an outgoing and positive personality</li> <li>Hold a valid driver's license and access to a car during working hours</li> <li>Are interested in flexible scheduling in a <strong>part-time</strong> position</li> </ul><div><strong>A typical day of a Soccer Shots coach:</strong></div><ul> <li>View & print attendance for the day's sessions</li> <li>Look the part in your uniform & neat, professional appearance</li> <li>Arrive 15-30 minutes before your session begins</li> <li>Greet the families and children to Soccer Island</li> <li>Teach the week's curriculum in each 30-45 minute session</li> <li>Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while having FUN</li> <li>Connect with children on an individual level</li> <li>Update attendance online after completing the day's sessions</li> </ul><div><strong>SCHEDULE:</strong></div><div> <strong>We are looking for candidates with weekend availability. </strong>Saturday & Sunday AM (8-12PM) AND/OR Saturday PM (3-5PM). There may be opportunity for more hours in the future, but candidates must have weekend availability. <strong>This is not a seasonal position.
