Interim Regional FC

This Interim Regional Financial Controller role sits within an international business operating in the clean energy and infrastructure space. The position has responsibility for financial control and reporting across the EMEA region and is suited to an experienced interim with strong multi‑entity experience.

The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, covering month‑end close, consolidation, statutory reporting and regional compliance, alongside oversight of a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process across the EMEA region
• Prepare and review complex journals, reconciliations and group consolidations
• Manage balance sheet integrity across multiple legal entities
• Oversee intercompany and joint venture accounting
• Lead statutory reporting and regional tax and compliance requirements
• Support management reporting and FP&A analysis
• Ensure strong financial controls and effective use of finance systems
• Manage and support a small regional finance team

Experience Required

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong interim or contract background preferred
• Proven experience in multi‑entity, international environments
• Hands‑on, technically strong and comfortable working at pace
