Pharmacy Technician (Remote – GA)
Client: Centene Pharmacy Services
Location: Remote (Georgia)
Address for In-Person Events: 1100 Circle 75, Atlanta, GA 30339
Position Overview

• Remote role (80%) with occasional in-person meetings/events
• Primary responsibility: outbound member calls
• Additional duties include faxes, provider calls, and pharmacy calls
• Independent work assignments will be given

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour break)
• Some Saturdays required

Work Environment

• Not a field-based or member-facing role
• Work is not conducted within a partnered clinical facility
• Position is within a Centene facility/worksite

Training

• One week of training
• Requirements:
  • Must arrive on time daily
  • Complete assigned work
  • Turn in assignments daily
• Training includes:
  • Company overview
  • Organizational goals
  • Role-specific training

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Outbound member calls (primary duty)
• May include:
  • Fax processing
  • Provider calls
  • Pharmacy calls
• Work closely with a trainer initially
• Complete independent assignments

Performance Expectations

• Minimum of 15 calls per hour
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude
• Encourage members to refill medications
• Submit work daily
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Candidate Requirements
Education:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: N/A

Licensure:

• Required:
  • Georgia State Pharmacy Technician License
  • PTCB Certification
• Preferred: N/A

Experience:

• 1–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
