Bilingual Banking Call Center Representative Compensation
- The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional employee benefits.

1st Shift:
• Tuesday – Friday: 7:55 AM – 4:55 PM
• Saturday: 8:55 AM – 5:55 PM
2nd Shift:
• Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Bilingual Banking Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding credit products, card servicing, and short-term lending needs
• Assist customers in both Spanish and English with account questions, problem resolution, and financial product recommendations
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend banking products such as credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending solutions
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services when appropriate
• Build client relationships through active listening, empathy, and solution-focused service
• Refer customers to internal banking partners for specialized financial needs
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management policies, and internal procedures
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Bilingual Banking Call Center Representative Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak) required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of call center and/or banking experience preferred
• Previous financial services, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referral experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with coaching, performance feedback, and learning new systems/processes
• Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Experience
- Banking or financial services industry experience
• Inbound or outbound call center experience
• Personal Banker or high-volume customer service experience
• Card services or lending support experience
