Required Skills:

• Proven experience troubleshooting surface equipment in an industrial or oil & gas setting
• Strong understanding of SCADA systems and data trending techniques
• Ability to diagnose and resolve alarms effectively
• Independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in the Permian Basin or similar oil fields
• Prior familiarity with oilfield tools and equipment maintenance
• Certifications related to safety or industrial operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant surface equipment operation or maintenance experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work a 9/5 schedule, including night shifts with less paperwork
• Preferred local to the Big Lake, TX region
• Must comply with safety regulations and company policies
