<li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across housing associations, charities, and local authorities</li>
<li>Source and engage candidates for both temporary and permanent roles</li>
<li>Write compelling job adverts and manage applications</li>
<li>Interview and shortlist candidates, matching them to the right opportunities</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment process—from brief to placement</li>
<li>Stay close to your market, spotting opportunities and growing your desk</li>
<li>You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk, with the backing of a team that genuinely supports each other.</li>

<p><strong>The Person:</strong></p>
<p>For this role our client is seeking someone who has already gained experience in recruitment. In addition to this they are also looking for someone who is:</p>
