Teach Young Learners | Kindergarten ESL Position（no nationality limit）

About the Role:

We're looking for a native-level English speaker to join a kindergarten Shandong  China. You'll be teaching children aged 3 to 6 in a supportive, well-structured environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off

Teaching hours: Under 35 hours per week

Contract: One academic year (August 2026 – July 2027)

Requirements

Native English level (open to all nationalities)

Bachelor's degree or above

Benefits

You'll receive a monthly salary of 13,000 RMB, plus a separate housing allowance of 2,000 RMB. The position also includes fully paid winter break, 11 paid public holidays, a 5,000 RMB renewal bonus, and medical insurance — with full work visa support provided throughout the process.
