Our client is a large and complex organisation undergoing a significant ERP transformation, replacing a legacy SAP environment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Working closely with business leaders and implementation partners, the organisation places strong emphasis on collaboration, consensus-building and long-term process improvement.

Functie

• Lead solution discussions within the Dynamics 365 F&O programme
• Facilitate decision-making between business stakeholders and implementation partners
• Drive adoption of standard Dynamics functionality and reduce customisations
• Translate technical solution choices into business impact and risk
• Support management teams throughout design and implementation phases
• Contribute to change management and user adoption across departments

Profiel

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement and Asset Management processes
• Proven track record in large ERP transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable advising senior leadership and management teams
• Experienced in ERP change management and organisational adoption

Aanbod

• Rotterdam (Hybrid)
• 32 - 40 hours
• 6 months (with possible extension)
