Clinical Recruiter Compensation
- The pay for this position is $27.70 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Clinical Recruiter Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, standard business hours.
Clinical Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submission, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases
- Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, clinical experience, and culture fit
- Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and business objectives
- Develop recruitment strategies for clinical, healthcare, and rehabilitation roles
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates for critical skill areas
- Monitor labor market trends and provide hiring managers with recruitment insights
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting workflow records
- Ensure recruiting compliance with EEO, OFCCP, federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
- Support offer processes including salary discussions and candidate engagement
Clinical Recruiter Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- 3–5 years of clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation recruiting experience required
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media, direct outreach, and recruiting platform
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Clinical Recruiter Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume healthcare recruiting
- Strong understanding of compensation strategy and salary negotiation
- Experience with employer branding, networking, and recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and selection best practices
