The tests and associated procedures are administered consistently for all candidates and are designed by the Edison Electric Institute (EEI). We have a variety of tests, including: Clerical Aptitude Test Keyboard Skills Battery Meter Reader Test Technical Occupations Selection System (Tech) Construction and Skilled Traded Selection System (CAST) Power Plant Maintenance Positions Selection System (MASS) Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) Test preparation It is important to be prepared for a test. If you don’t feel ready to take a test on the day scheduled, please reschedule. Check out the practice tests below to get a sense of what is expected. A minimum of four months must elapse between the third and all future attempts.
