Head of Private Client

Service Care Solutions is working with a long-standing and highly regarded law firm, based in Oxfordshire , which is seeking an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its thriving department. The role offers the chance to shape the future direction of the team while maintaining a hands-on caseload of high-quality work.   Role: Head of Private Client (Solicitor) Location: Oxfordshire – hybrid Salary: £90,000 to £95,000 plus performance and leadership bonus   The Role: Lead and oversee a team of 10 Private Client solicitors. Drive departmental growth, performance, and client service standards. Maintain and develop key client relationships. Contribute to strategic decision-making at firm level. Key Requirements: A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Private Client law. At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or leadership role. Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team. Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Benefits: Hybrid working. Performance-related bonus.
