Job Summary Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator to join their team! This position is Hybrid in Irving, Texas. Core Responsibilities Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS account Identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure orders progress through the system without delay Maintain all tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects Ability to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal engineering/provisioning teams and external client stakeholders Key Competencies & Behaviors Communication skills Organizational skills Time management skills Work Environment Location: Irving, Texas Hybrid Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
