About the Role

Location: Hurst Ambulatory Surgery Center Department: RE - Facilities Management Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Building Maintenance Tech will maintain a wide variety of buildings and building systems at designated CCHCS locations. The Building Maintenance Tech will provide preventive and predictive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repairs and special projects assigned by manager, all to a good and workmanlike standard. Must work well with customers, contractors and team members and deliver highest level of service. Schedule and oversee the work of contractors at assigned properties. Manage and account for time. Properly document work performed and communicate scheduling and progression of work to all stakeholders. Maintain professional appearance. Operate and maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies. Education & Experience: Five years of relevant property and building maintenance experience. Computer literate in a windows environment. Five years' experience with the tools of the trade.
