About the Role
Role Overview:
As a Graphic / Web Designer, you’ll join our small but mighty Creative Team and be responsible for:
Designing ad creatives for PPC campaigns, including static and animated display ads, paid social graphics, and variations for A/B testing.
Designing and developing visually engaging assets across digital and web platforms (web pages, landing pages, social media, and marketing collateral).
Translating brand strategy into visual concepts, layouts, and user-friendly website designs.
Creating and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identities for clients.
Collaborating with SEO, PPC, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals and messaging.
Building or updating websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS tools.
Producing high-volume digital assets (banners, visuals, and social imagery) while maintaining brand consistency, visual impact, and conversion focus.
Utilising AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and streamline design production.
While this is not a client-facing role, you will join regular internal calls to collaborate, brainstorm, and share design insights.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
4+ years of professional graphic or web design experience.
Proven experience designing for B2B brands or clients, with a strong understanding of professional audience targeting and tone.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Web Designer and WordPress.
Experience designing for digital and web platforms (e.g. responsive layouts, UX/UI fundamentals).
An online portfolio showcasing a range of creative, web and PPC projects.
Experience using AI tools to ideate, generate, or enhance visual and written content.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Webflow or Squarespace.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how design translates to code.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Understanding of conversion-focused design and marketing principles, especially for PPC and landing pages.
