We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to support a production environment by maintaining, repairing, and improving mechanical and electrical equipment. This is a non-supervisory, boots-on-the-floor role where your technical ability, problem-solving mindset, and reliability make a direct impact every day.
You’ll work closely with production teams, tackle real equipment challenges, and help drive uptime, quality, and safety.

Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
Troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, drives, and VFDs
Diagnose and repair electrical issues using schematics and test equipment
Support production with machine setup assistance and operational adjustments
Make minor equipment modifications to improve performance, quality, and efficiency
Fabricate, modify, and install equipment improvements as needed
Install electrical wiring, conduit, disconnects, and related components
Assist with new equipment installations and operator training
Follow all safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements
Document work and communicate equipment issues clearly
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and test equipment
Ability to read work instructions, manuals, and basic schematics
Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and crawling
Repetitive hand use and tool operation
Visual inspection and clear communication on the production floor
