<div>Responsibilities<br />The Lead Electrical Engineer will oversee the design and development of new products for the electric utility market, as well as manage engineering activities related to existing products.<br />• Create new product designs, drawings, and specifications<br />• Evaluate and recommend specifications to ensure products meet requirements<br />• Analyze proposed product changes and conduct testing<br />• Manage prototype development and testing<br />• Facilitate Engineering drawing changes and recommend procedures<br />• Write test reports for internal and external use<br />• Collaborate with engineering team to meet project milestones and timelines<br />• Provide technical support to Field Sales personnel<br />Requirements:<br />• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent<br />• 5-10 years of engineering experience<br />• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and good communication skills<br />Preferred:<br />• Experience with electric utility product lines and manufacturing environments<br />• Proficient in SolidWorks or ProE and understanding of manufacturing processes</div>
