Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will provide strategic direction to the engineering function, guiding the delivery of complex safety solutions within the rail depot environment. Serving as a pivotal technical authority, this role carries overarching responsibility for the integrity of project outcomes and for nurturing a culture of ongoing refinement across the organisation’s technical offerings. Collaboration with the new product development team will be key to shaping innovation pathways and sustaining the business’s long-term evolution.   Requirements of the Engineering Manager   Strong people and relationship management skills Demonstrated success in leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong technical knowledge of electronics Experience within a highly regulated or safety-critical industry would be beneficial (but not essential)
