The service assistant will be providing efficient and prompt administrative duties as well as KPI and reporting follow-up to the manager and the relevant manager’s team
- Service pipeline follow-up and report preparation
- Service backlog, sales and other KPIs monitoring and reporting
- Service account receivable monitoring
- Service overdue follow-up and report
- Supporting manager or team on updating CEP time to time
- Provide administrative, organizational and logistical services to one or more Managers and their team
- Ensure relevant records and data are kept updated
- Provide effective and expeditious meeting organization, including logistics and booking of meeting room
- Assist in general office management duties
- Partner/network with assistant in order to collaborate, schedule meetings, obtain information and solve problem that fall between
- Drive relevant administrative process compliance and knowledge in the relevant department
- Executive assistant diploma or similar
- Good level of English
Required experience and skills:
- Proficient in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Problem solving and action oriented
