<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Job Title: Urgently Hiring CDL Drivers!!!! $28-$32/hr</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>The CDL Driver safely operates commercial dump trucks to haul and dump gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials to and from job sites. This role builds and secures loads for delivery, loads and unloads equipment and materials, and maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. The position follows all safety and D.O.T. regulations while ensuring quality control during all aspects of operation. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate one or more types of commercial dump trucks to haul and dump gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials to and from job sites.</li><li>Build, secure, and verify loads for deliveries, ensuring materials are properly arranged and contained for safe transport.</li><li>Strap down and secure loads, ensuring trailers are properly loaded with regard to weight, width, and height requirements.</li><li>Load and unload equipment and materials as needed, including manual handling and use of vehicle-mounted equipment.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work area, vehicle, and loading zones at all times.</li><li>Operate trucks and perform job duties in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and productivity.</li><li>Monitor vehicle performance, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no manual transmission restrictions.</li><li>Proven CDL driving experience hauling and dumping gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials.</li><li>Demonstrated experience strapping down and securing loads, including proper weight, width, and height distribution.</li><li>Thorough understanding of and compliance with all D.O.T. requirements and regulations.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive company vehicles under applicable insurance guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>You will join a team-oriented environment that values safety, reliability, and professional growth.
