This is a rare opportunity to sit at the leadership table, influence strategic decisions and build new ways of working across one of the largest and most dynamic tech consultancies in the Nordics.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you will be doing</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will report directly and be a valuable sparring partner for the Group CFO and act as the de facto CFO for the Danish business – Twoday's largest operating unit – with a permanent seat alongside the Danish CEO and business unit management teams.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Leading and developing a team of two, you will cover finance business partnering across seven business units, serving as the critical connector between Group Finance and Danish operations. Your role is to multiply impact – not just deliver it personally.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Your key areas of ownership will include:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Translating commercial strategy into financial direction – turning strategic priorities into concrete targets and action plans that leadership is steered towards and held accountable for.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Driving commercial performance – identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin and mix across the Danish business and delivering recommendations that move the needle.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Sharpening decision quality – challenging assumptions, stress-testing business cases and having the courage to propose difficult paths when the numbers demand it.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Leading financial planning and forward-looking insight – owning budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, serving as an early warning radar for leadership on risks and opportunities ahead.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Managing financial performance – tracking KPIs across revenue, margin, working capital and cash flow, ensuring gaps are understood and acted upon quickly.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Building and developing the team – investing in your two team members and ensuring all seven business units receive a consistently high standard of financial partnership.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Elevating the finance function – developing tools, improving reporting clarity and strengthening governance to free up capacity for value-adding work.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you bring</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You hold a master's degree in finance and bring several years of experience from a comparable role in a large international organisation – ideally within professional services or consulting. You have a proven leadership track record, solid experience in business partnering or as a CFO, and you know what it takes to lift margins, build momentum and drive a performance culture.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You are proficient in Power BI and Excel, fluent in English, and knowledge of Nordic or Baltic languages is an advantage.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Who you are</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You are commercial by nature – equally comfortable with numbers and with people.
