About the Role

<p>Seeking a seasoned Litigation Docketing Specialist to join our client’s legal team in Phoenix. This position requires advanced proficiency in calendaring systems and overseeing docketing staff for compliance in various jurisdictions.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Analyze legal documents to schedule key litigation dates.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Update events in Aderant CompuLaw and manually calculate dates as necessary.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate docket data and prepare reports for litigators.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor changes in court rules at federal, state, and local levels.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create training resources and guide docketing team on procedural changes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work with attorneys, staff, and courts to address docketing inquiries.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist Docketing Manager with special projects and firm-wide initiatives.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5–7 years of docketing experience using CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or eDockets.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with litigation procedures and court regulations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in MS Office; Relativity Certified Administrator certification preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.</p>
