Accounts Receivable / Construction Billing Clerk - $26.00 / Hour 

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm  Worthington, OH

Job Description:

This position will be working for a top tier construction company in Worthington, OH.  The job will is an accounts receivable position dealing with construction billing, Notice of Commencement, and Notice of Furnishing filings.

Job Requirements:

• Full understanding of construction billing
• Must understand and use AIA (American Institute of Architects) contract documents.
• Must be able to execute Notice of Commencement documents
• Must be able to execute Notice of Furnishing documents
• Responsible for all construction billing and all the tasks associated with the construction department receivables.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in construction specific accounts receivable and billing
• Must have complete knowledge and be able to execute AIA documents
• Must have experience with SamPro accounting systems
