This role is ideal for someone who combines strong research and writing ability with commercial awareness and an interest in how organisations attract, structure, and retain talent. This is not a recruitment or sales role. You will deliver high-quality research white papers and insight reports to management consultancy firms, which will enable them to make evidence-based hiring and organisational decisions. About the RoleYou will work within a collaborative, data-driven team to deliver strategic projects that influence how global organisations plan and manage their people.
