Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days per week).
As a Senior IT Stability & Resilience Program Manager, you will be working for a global leader in financial technology, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of critical IT stability initiatives. You will influence service availability, incident reduction, and operational efficiency across multi-market platforms—shaping the backbone of innovative financial services and empowering seamless digital experiences for millions.
Your main responsibilities:
Design, fund, and communicate a global roadmap aligned with strategic business and technical goals.
Lead cross-functional projects applying SRE, ITIL v4, FinOps, and Service Quality Index frameworks, partnering closely with engineering and DevOps teams.
Run steering committees, provide transparent progress updates, and make critical trade-off decisions based on ROI and risk analysis.
Define core KPIs such as MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence, and incident recurrence, building dashboards to track trends and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and internal policies through proactive risk assessments and audit management.
Act as the program ambassador, engaging stakeholders across IT and business units, communicating value, and coaching teams on new tools and processes.
Collaborate with business owners to translate needs into technical requirements, securing funding, and defining success metrics.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
8+ years in IT Production or Application Support with at least 3 years managing transversally owned programs or large-scale global portfolios.
Proven success in incident reduction, service availability enhancement, and cost optimization within complex multinational environments.
Experience with monitoring, observability and ITSM tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, ServiceNow) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform large data sets into actionable KPIs.
Excellent communication skills to influence and present to executive stakeholders and diverse teams.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP or PRINCE2, SRE Foundation, FinOps Certified Practitioner.
Experience with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and large RHEL migrations.
Fluency in French.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (expert level).
