Finished Goods Machine Operator

About the Role: We’re looking for a Finished Goods Operator to run spooling and re-spooling machines, producing and packaging high-quality finished goods. This role ensures safe, efficient operations while meeting production and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate spooling/re-spooling machines per work instructions.
• Load materials and adjust machine settings as required.
• Monitor production for quality and accuracy.
• Print and apply labels; select proper packaging materials.
• Complete production and quality logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read and follow work orders in the English language.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to lift 50–75lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.

Schedule: 1st shift 6:45am-3:15pm, 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm, and 3rd shift 10:45pm-7:15am
