Our hub-based teams – and our customers – are dispersed globally. When our global teams can't be together in person, we use tools and technology to make virtual experiences as engaging as possible, facilitating meaningful interactions, collaboration, and shared successes.

Our hubs are at the heart of our operations, helping us best serve our customers and foster collaboration so we can achieve our shared goals. These spaces are where we host major events like all-company meetings, strategy roadshows, and team-building activities.

Satellite hubs
Here, we have a growing cohort of local employees who gather for company events and celebrations. While we don’t have a physical office yet, we are actively hiring and may look to open an office as our local team expands.

Remote
Our remote employees connect with their colleagues and customers by traveling to our office hubs for events. While we prioritize hub-based hiring to encourage in-person collaboration, we value our remote team members and their contributions to Culture Amp's growth.
