Our client is a consulting company that thrives in providing business strategy insights to their clients. They have a proven track record in multiple industries, along with successful stories which provide insights into different fields. Their mission is to help businesses achieve their goals.

Now, they are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join the expanding team in their Brussels office in Belgium. In the role, you will be solely responsible to service clients and provide strategic insights per their needs. The role also offers a unique opportunity to delve into different industrial sectors and provide business insights and strategic plans to clients.

Job Profile for Management Consultant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Communicate with key decision-makers at all levels while achieving maximum impact
• Provide continuous feedback, with a desire to grow and gain trust
• Aim for an entrepreneurial and open company culture that focuses on the bigger picture by offering an unrivalled level of knowledge, customer service and collegiality
• Accomplish success by advising clients and management and executing multiple tasks
• Lead exciting projects and communicate with clients

Candidate Profile for Management Consultant

• Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or any related field
• 3-8 years of experience in operational excellence, lean management, or related field, preferably in a consulting capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with all levels of the organisation by blending IQ and EQ effortlessly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple projects and priorities
• Willingness to travel to client sites, as required
