  • Developing talent development and succession planning to build strong pipelines for key roles
  • Owning and delivering the performance management cycle, including calibration with HR Business Partners
  • Leading cross-functional HR and learning projects from concept to implementation especially with focus on succession and talent pipelines
  • Shaping and continuously improving the learning strategy in line with business priorities, with a focus on impact
  • Using data and insights to enhance learning offerings and support talent decisions
  • Supporting change and transformation by fostering a strong learning culture across the organisation
  • Coaching and advising stakeholders on talent, development, and organizational topics
  • Degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • Solid track record of building and implementing Talent Management and Succession frameworks
  • Experience in leading and implementing projects, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of performance management and development frameworks
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and result orientation
  • Strong German and English language skills; an additional European language is a plus
