Staff Accountant Position Overview: Candidates will be performing multiple accounting functions in their normal daily duties to help produce financial records on a monthly basis within the accounting team. Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area. Job Responsibilities Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliation Prepare journal entries and analysis to assist with month-end close Maintain documentation of all accounting records Additional support to accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory staff as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or commensurate experience Outstanding numerical and analytical thinking Exceptional time management Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and computer skill Preferred Qualifications General ledger accounting: 4+ years Working knowledge of GAAP: 2+ years CPA Certified
