One of UK's biggest energy operators, delivering and managing large-scale heat network infrastructure that supports sustainable heating and cooling across major urban developments.

Job Description
  • Oversee the successful delivery of infrastructure projects from a client-side perspective.
  • Monitor and manage contractor performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to maintain project progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support contract administration, including NEC processes and commercial reviews.
  • Manage project risks, actions, budgets and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate project updates and escalate risks or issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support project commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
  • A hands-on client-side PM role focused on driving project delivery.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure, utilities or energy projects.
  • Strong contractor management experience.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Able to manage project risks, budgets and schedules.
  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
  • Able to quickly take ownership of live projects.
What's on Offer
  • Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
