Position Dates: June 1st, 2026 – August 14, 2026 Job Title: Field Marketing Intern Department: Marketing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Overview: This role will support the Field Marketing team by helping execute sales meetings, assisting regional field teams, and providing day‑to‑day coordination across field marketing activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to how marketing and sales work together by supporting event/meeting logistics, regional meeting preparation, simple presentation formatting, and basic administrative tasks. This is a practical, execution‑focused role ideal for someone interested in learning how field marketing brings programs to life and supports sales teams at the national and regional level. Responsibilities: Support the Field Marketing team with coordination and logistics for sales meetings and regional activities. Provide administrative support for regional sales and field marketing led meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, tracking follow-ups). Assist with presentation preparation, including simple formatting and organization. Help with basic operations, such as organizing materials, tracking shipments, and supporting on-site needs when applicable. Support day‑to‑day team coordination tasks to keep field programs running smoothly. Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: • Enrolled in a four-year college, MBA program or recent college graduate Preferred Skills and Competencies: Ability to work effectively in a virtual and office setting; prior experience or coursework in Sales or Marketing is a plus. Able to work remotely and willing to travel up to 5 times over the summer to support events and participate in marketing meetings (pending company/government policy). Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable communicating professionally and working in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint). Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, dependability, and strong follow‑through. Solid general computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Takes ownership of assigned tasks, shows pride in work, and maintains flexibility with changing assignments or schedules. Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance. Dependable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams and cross‑functional partners. Additional Information: Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $23.00 - $27.50 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
