You'll be responsible for building our content ecosystem, from landing us in top-tier publications to ensuring every piece of content serves a measurable growth objective. This role sits at the intersection of PR, content strategy, and performance marketing.</p><p><strong>What are the main responsibilities for this role?</strong></p><p>Storytelling and PR</p><ul><li><p>Write thought leadership pieces, white papers, and op-eds that resonate with prospective families and attract media interest.</p></li><li><p>Develop a distinctive brand voice that positions CGA as the definitive choice in online education.</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, and influencers to secure meaningful earned media coverage.</p></li></ul><p>Content Strategy</p><ul><li><p>Build a content roadmap grounded in keyword research, search intent data, and competitor gap analysis.</p></li><li><p>Design content journeys that guide readers from discovery through to enrolment.</p></li><li><p>Manage a content calendar aligned with enrolment cycles and key school milestones.</p></li></ul><p>Analytics and Attribution</p><ul><li><p>Use GA4, Search Console, and CRM data to track the impact of your content and PR activity on enrolments.</p></li><li><p>A/B test headlines, formats, and CTAs, and iterate based on what the data tells you.</p></li><li><p>Work with the Paid Media team to demonstrate how organic content lowers overall acquisition costs.</p></li></ul><p><strong>You just might be the person we're looking for if you have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make complex educational topics accessible and compelling.</p></li><li><p>A strong understanding of how content, SEO, and PR work together to build long-term brand authority.</p></li><li><p>Comfort with analytics tools and the ability to tie content performance back to business outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Experience securing earned media coverage in reputable publications.</p></li><li><p>The ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.</p></li></ul><p><strong>How we measure success in this role:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Revenue attributed to organic and PR-sourced leads.</p></li><li><p>Growth in brand search volume and domain authority.</p></li><li><p>Reduction in blended cost per acquisition as organic authority grows.<br><br>We look forward to hearing from you!</p></li></ul>
