Temp to Hire FULL- TIME Production Machine Operator- Quick Start! If you enjoy working in the afternoon/evening, like to work with a hands-on approach, and have experience working in the heat in a warehouse setting--this may be the role for you! We are looking for a Production Machine operator to work at a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse in Zebulon, NC. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, communicating with supervisor/team, and keeping up with a fast-paced work flow. Entry-level friendly. Tambien hablamos espanol. Position: Machine Operator Shift: 2nd shift, M-TH 3pm-1: 30am; optional OT on FRI Pay Rate: Base $14.50/hr. PLUS $100 attendance bonus paid every 2 weeks Pay Schedule: Base pay, paid weekly Responsibilities include: Operate a Production Machine making parts for a variety of different industries and perform adjustments to machinery when needed. Ability to used basic hand-tools to trim and debur parts Conduct visual inspections to maintain quality standards Receive hands-on training during your first week with a dedicated mentor Requirements: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Able to work in a HOT environment for up to 10 hours per day Experience operating CNC machinery is a bonus Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs Strong teamwork and commitment to safety Benefits: Weekly pay Medical insurance offered Available overtime
